A Carer Assistance Program (CAP) is a professional and confidential counselling service provided by AccessEAP for carers working in situations caring for foster children, elderly people and people with a disability. AccessEAP can help carers to process, handle and cope with challenging situations that they may encounter as part of their role.

With the focus on maintaining the mental wellbeing of carers, AccessEAP can assist your carers when personal, family or work issues are impacting on their quality of life. The support offered will assist your carers to overcome barriers and maintain balance.

Through access to professionally qualified and experienced counsellors over the phone or face to face, the carers your organisation supports have the opportunity to identify problems and find ways of resolving them.
