Face-to-Face Counselling

The preferred mode of counselling where a therapeutic relationship between a counsellor and client is most easily established. EAP counselling usually occurs in the counsellor’s professional office, in a location convenient to work or home.

Couples and family counselling is also available and can be requested when booking appointment.

Telephone or Video Chat Counselling

Counselling can be offered over the phone for an emergency and as an alternative to face-to-face counselling if this is not desired or convenient. Telephone counselling can be accessed from all locations using our 1800 telephone number.

Online Counselling

Online counselling can be arranged as an alternative to face to face counselling for remote locations via Video Chat or Email.
