EAP counselling is a short- term solution-focused support designed to assist an organisation’s people when they are feeling down, anxious, stressed or at crossroads in their lives. Counselling can also be there for those people who are feeling that they are doing OK and would like some support to be their best.

EAP Counselling provides an opportunity to talk things through, relieving built-up emotional pressure, clearing the way to provide focus and decide a plan of what to do next. Many people report that they feel relieved and ‘better’ after just one visit. This is often because working with a trained professional who is outside our world is a progressive step forward and can create some positive feelings of support.

With AccessEAP, you can book a face-to-face, video, phone or instant messaging counselling session by calling us on 1800 818 728 or through our online Booking Portal.

Bookings can be made with our counsellors across the country, either remotely (through video, phone and instant messaging) or locally in person. If you cannot find a counsellor at a time that works for you, our friendly team is available via phone, or email .

  • Please note that your organisation may not have enabled all services as part of your EAP, which may limit what can be accessed through the online Booking Portal. Please check what services are available to you.
  • If your organisation includes family member support, those family members can make counselling bookings through our online Booking Portal via the same login as the employee covered through AccessEAP.
