Wellbeing program

Wellbeing Programs mean different things to different people and rightly so. An effective Wellbeing Program will drive a positive impact in the areas most needed. At AccessEAP we appreciate that each workplace is different, with a distinct culture, unique dynamics and people. Using a comprehensive framework, to make complex workplace issues manageable, we assess your company. Then collaboratively, we design a 360-degree EAP program that, with people at its centre, will align to your people, workplace and cultural strategies.

Some examples of specific Wellbeing Programs we have designed recently, include:

  • Wellness Checks
  • Integrity/Whistleblower Hotline
  • Drug & Alcohol Program
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Nutritional & Physical Wellness Programs
