Food & Mood - This session aims to explore the mechanisms through which food choices impact on our brain function and mood, and provides practical tips to develop healthy eating habits at home and at work.

Caring for Carers - The role of a carer has many rewards and many challenges. This session provides reflection and the tools to help support them handling stress and maintaining balance at work and home. 

Introduction to Mindfulness - While often misunderstood and misused, this experientially based session explains the concept and principles of mindfulness and provides a great practical taster.

Stress Awareness and Building Resilience - Provides a deep understanding of physical and emotional resilience as well as practical ways to build those resilience muscles! Participants can identify and develop strategies for improving and maintaining their resilience in the context of work and life.

Sleep Well - This session will help participants understand more about their signs of stress, and the triggers that may lead to sleep difficulties. How to manage unhelpful thinking, prioritising, and developing relaxation techniques.

Supporting Working Parents/Carers - This workshop addresses the challenges and benefits of being a working parent, helping to understand the impact of high stress levels on parenting and identify practical strategies and skills to manage these competing roles.  

Transition to Retirement - Preparing for the psychological and emotional transition to retirement is critical for ongoing wellbeing. This presentation is designed to give information to support and help maintain wellbeing during this sometimes difficult period.

Building Healthy Relationships - This session explores both the workplace and in participant’s personal lives. Common issues that can impact negatively on our relationships are explored and ways to build and strengthen them. The session helps employees identify what works and what doesn’t in maintaining effective relationships.

Understanding Grief and Loss - This session provides information about the ways people grieve in the context of loss, particularly bereavement. Particularly useful for employees who are trying to understand how to support a co-worker, or employees who experience loss and death in the course of their own work.

Men’s Wellbeing - Despite the ongoing presence of the “macho factor‟ in our society, men are reaching out more than before provided they have a safe and confidential space to do so. This session covers ways for men to identify and manage their stress and provides 10 tips to promote wellbeing.

Women’s Wellbeing - Utilising the latest research and knowledge about key factors that influence women's wellbeing, the session covers body image, the work-life juggle, and domestic violence (briefly).

Work-Life Effectiveness - Provides practical tools for understanding how to manage the various and sometimes conflicting demands placed on us by our personal and work roles. Participants will be invited to reflect on and set goals guided by what is important to them, including core values and the factors that comprise their personal and professional life.
