Mary Lyras is Chair of the Board. She has extensive experience in business as an HR professional in leading change, building capability, enhancing performance, developing leaders and aligning cultures following mergers and acquisitions. Experienced across both the corporate and legal sectors, she brings insights into how corporate strategy can best be delivered through people.

Mary holds a B.Sc(Psych)Hons, Psychology, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and is a professional member of the Australian HR Insititute (MAHRI).
