Lisa joined AccessEAP in 2020 to lead our people approach and enable each person to be their best in life and work with a focus on wellbeing, leadership capabilities, personal development, technical skills training and cultural competencies.

As a passionate coach, trainer and engagement advocate, Lisa has successfully partnered with senior leaders to implement sustainable, employee experience solutions.  Previously holding a strategic Asia Pacific Regional Director role, Lisa has strong international and equity-backed HR operations experience within the medical, pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare industries.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Human Resource Management, and is a Certified AHRI member with more than 20 years HR Practitioner experience.
