Pam Davis

People & Culture Manager

Pam is a strong advocate of strengths development and alignment of personal to company values.  She has over 20 years of strategic human resource management experience within international and national organisations, greenfield and brownfield operations across a variety of industry sectors, including construction and engineering, finance, research, healthcare, IT Services and Technology. Pam holds a Master of Commerce with a major in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor in Secondary Education (History, English and Legal Studies majors), Mental Health First Aid Certificate and is trained in Privacy Management.

Pam has led a number of enterprise-wide initiatives leading to improved business outcomes and employee capability. Pam’s proven expertise in designing and executing strategic projects in fast-paced and agile environments is complemented by a history of quality support.

In previous roles, Pam oversaw payroll, talent acquisition, organisational development, compensation and benefits management and employee relations. Pam is a volunteer with Friendline and regularly participates in several industry forums to gain ongoing insights into new developments and technologies.

Dorienne Spennato

Director, Clinical Services Delivery

Dorienne has over 20 years of experience in Clinical Social Sciences and the Corporate psychology sector. Her career has expanded across a wide variety of industries; she has worked as a school counsellor, in the family and relationship sector, in clinical private practice and as a human resource manager. Dorienne has managed a large national Clinical team for over 6 years and currently has accountability as the Clinical Services Director for the National team providing service delivery to our clients and customers. 

Dorienne continues to provide clinical counselling and coaching for work-related and personal issues. She also provides coaching to managers at all levels on how best to manage complex situations with their teams and colleagues. In addition, Dorienne delivers numerous courses in mental health and personal and professional development to all levels of employees and managers across many varied industries including financial, public service, legal, education, health and commercial and provides supervision to clinicians one to one and in groups.

Mark Hindle

Director, Technology

Mark joined AccessEAP in 2019, bringing with him over 28 years’ experience in the IT industry. Mark specialises in transforming growing ICT business units into modern, cost-effective, high performing, world-class ICT environments. Using his skills and extensive global experience he has transformed ICT environments, levering cost savings by forming unique, solid relationships with ICT vendors.

Receiving distinctions at the conclusion of his college ICT education, Mark is ITIL certified & strives to be the best at what he does. He has been featured in CIO Magazine and various case studies for ICT vendors for past projects which have included setting up large and small outsourcing transitions and re-engineering the ICT environment.
