Eleni van Delft

Director, Customer Relationships

For more than 12-years, Eleni has been helping both commercial enterprises and government organisations, including those in the healthcare, education and the not-for-profit sectors, create positive cultures that both enhance employees' wellbeing and boost the organisations' results.

Her work is based on the evidence that a holistic approach to wellbeing is necessary for people to be at their best (both in life and at work). She's a skilled practitioner of positive psychology and wellbeing, appreciative inquiry, neuroleadership and coaching-and uses those methodologies when creating and customising her approach to suit each organisation's particular needs and to produce impressive outcomes. Eleni is committed to working with organisations to build strong relationships and ensure positive people-centered outcomes.
