During this unprecedented and rapidly changing set of circumstances, we all find ourselves in, our Clinical and Organisational Development teams are creating a growing resource bank of tools for you and your people. This includes tools on how to support your people who may find themselves now working remotely due to social distancing requirements. It also includes tools to share with your people on how they can manage their own anxiety, support for parents and support for managing relationships. Government Resources 

We also recommend keeping up to date with the latest government guidelines, rules and recommendations. Please refer to helpful links below:

Financial assistance: For questions regarding the Government Stimulus package, accessing superannuation early and other government payments; Australian Government, Australian Taxation Office

Financial Counselling can be accessed as part of your EAP session allocation. The counsellor can assist with a varied range of issues. Some of those may include:

  • Managing money in changing times
  • Budgeting and debt management
  • Guidance on talking to lenders and managing other financial commitments
  • Adjusting to a change in pay
