AccessEAP provides a service where employees can report any alleged bullying and harassment, inappropriate or unethical behaviour, assault or fraud.

The objective of this service is to help employees discuss what they are experiencing or witnessing, assist them with options and decide the best course of action for them. The goal is to encourage employees to use internal policies and procedures for reporting or to look at possible solutions such as mediation as a means to resolve issues before they escalate. Areas of concern will be reported to the organisation on a regular basis to ensure the organisation can intervene if appropriate.

AccessEAP will work with your organisation to understand internal policies and processes, as well as helping to identify solutions as a means of minimising workers compensation claims. If employees are able to report bullying or harassment, employees can also be helped to find solutions before they impact on emotional well-being and productivity, the risk to the organisation will be minimised.
