The Personal Wellbeing Essentials (PWE) is a series of presentations aimed at assisting participants to increase their self-awareness and develop personal strategies to improve their wellbeing. The presentations are generic and may be delivered to any staff within any organisation and industry. They may be run individually or as a series of ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions, with up to 15 participants per workshop.
