AccessEAP has affiliation with a number of legal firms to provide this service. The first appointment with the solicitor will be part of EAP with further appointments will be invoiced to the employee. The employee may undergo an initial session with one of our counsellors to identify their differing needs and then be referred to a legal counsellor if appropriate.
