• Face-to-Face Counselling

Face-to-face counselling is the preferred mode of counselling as a therapeutic relationship between a counsellor and client is most easily established when they sit down together to discuss what is worrying the client. EAP counselling usually occurs in the counsellor’s professional office, with clients referred to counsellors near their home or workplace. A counsellor may come to the workplace and provide face-to-face counselling in circumstances where this is more appropriate.

  • On-Site Counselling

EAP counselling can be scheduled on site by arrangement and may be recommended in certain circumstances.

  • Telephone Counselling

Telephone counselling is available for emergency counselling and as an alternative to face-to-face counselling if this is not convenient. Telephone counselling can be accessed from all locations using our 1800 telephone number.

  • Online Counselling

Online counselling can be arranged for remote locations via Skype or Email.

  • Emergency Counselling

Emergency counselling and Critical Incident Response counselling is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
