The core of our EAP program is a high quality short-term, professional counselling services for employees to use confidentially and voluntarily to deal with personal and work related issues. AccessEAP uses evidence-based practice which assists employees toward finding solutions or strategies to return to optimal functioning and minimise the impact on the organisation in terms of productivity and efficiency. Our approach helps an employee and/or their family members address an array of life challenges, ideally before they become distractions that affect home life as well as work performance.

Manager Support is an individual support service offered by AccessEAP. Manager Support is a 24/7 confidential coaching service aiming to assist managers in dealing with people issues. Common topics include workplace conflict, performance management and managing an employee’s unusual behaviour.
