Danielle Burdon

Director, Projects and Innovation

Danielle joined AccessEAP in 2019 as Director Projects and Innovation, which includes coordinating the project management office and AccessEAP's Innovation Lab. As a member of the Executive Leadership team, the Director of Projects and Innovation contributes to shaping the culture of change and innovation in the organisation, and providing a strategic lens to continuous improvement of the business.

Danielle brings almost a decade of project and strategic management experience and expertise to the company, specialising in the not-for-profit industry. She has previously held a national project coordination role at Australian Red Cross, is a board member for Second Chance Toys NSW, and has a passion for promoting workplace wellbeing.

Danielle has a Masters Degree in Business from Queensland University of Technology, studying at the Australian Centre for Philanthropy & Non-Profit Studies, and also a Change Management Practitioner with APMG International.
