Client Services Consultant
This position is a key role in our organisation, responsible for providing first point of contact for all our clients and working closely with the Clinical Services, Business Development and Relationship Management teams.
You will be the first point of contact for all our clients and contribute to optimizing our business reputation by ensuring the effective delivery of client services. Your key responsibilities will be client intake registration and processing, referrals to counselors, record management, data entry, and general office duties.
Your key skills will include your attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills. Psychologists / Social Workers
Our success relies upon a dedicated, professional and expert team of counselling and support staff to deliver industry-leading services to over 650 clients.
AccessEAP currently require Psychologists or Social Workers for casual and sessional positions for our offices in Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs.
You will need to have full Psychologist registration or membership of the AASW and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the provision of short-term counselling to a diverse client group with a range of personal or work related issues.
Your main responsibilities will be to provide counselling, manager support services and critical incident response. You will need to have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, be mature in your approach, self-directed and able to work independently.
